Our return policy is valid for 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that due to sanitary reasons, this policy only applies to damaged items or errors made in your order. 

How to Process a Return

Damaged items

Damaged items must be reported to Support@yourz.ca with a photo showing your product(s) and the packaging with a visible tracking number. In these situations we will proceed with a refund or replacement immediately.


Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our control i.e. items damaged during shipment.
